hard boiled eggs

9 eggs
1 ounce of canned anchovies, drained and chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
1 teaspoon stone ground mustard generous
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sprigs of parsley or watercress for garnish

To boil eggs, add enough water to cover in a large pot, add 1 tablespoon salt and bring to a boil. Gently add the eggs and mix gently with a wooden spoon so that when it is set, the egg yolk will be in the center. Boil for 12 minutes to half an egg. (add 1 minute for large eggs and 1 minute to steal the eggs of small size.) hot water outlet, fill the pot with cold water and eggs until needed.

When eggs are cool, shell and halve them lengthwise and remove the yolks with a teaspoon, without piercing the whites.

Mix the anchovy mayonnaise and mustard with the egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper, but remember that it will be salted anchovies. Using a teaspoon, fill the egg white halves with the mixture of anchovies and place in a serving dish. Garnish with sprigs of watercress and serve with parsley and refrigerate for 2 hours.            The official Sony blog says that, far from a momentary network hiccup, users should expect the site to be down for as long as two days.

            Though the service outage has clearly been a rough start for Sony's new online game, Free Realms, it has locked users out from playing many other Sony PlayStation games online, including four other brand new releases. Along with Free Realms, the outage coincides with the release of Mortal Kombat, Portal 2, SOCOM 4, and inFAMOUS 2's beta release. Users on Sony's blog page have been particularly vocal about not being able to play Mortal Kombat and the inFAMOUS 2 beta release. Dozens of other PlayStation games capable of network-play will be locked out for the next 24-48 hours.

           What makes this more frustrating to users is the possibility that the network error is due to an intentional hack of Sony's network. The Sony blog message reportedly addressed "the possibility of targeted behavior by an outside party," but has since removed any reference to being hacked.

Well, umh.. We all hope that Sony will solve this kind of problem quickly.

Who doesn’t love a good pirate story? Everyone fell in love with Pirates of the Caribbean on the first more and it just kept getting better and better as the other movies came out. Johnny Depp and the other actors are completely marvelous. The cast seems to work well together.

Now with the new movie there is a lot of work to be done. The first day of shooting was done in Honopu Beach, Kauai, Hawaii. The location for the first shots was so remote that no land vehicles were able to reach it. The cast and crew instead had to be flown or boated in.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides sets sail on May 20 in 2D, 3D and 3D IMAX. There are millions of people that are looking forward to seeing this movie. The special effects are great on each and every one. Will you be going to see Pirates of the Caribbean in theaters?

By now you should know that iPhone 4 has an all-new display, as well. Apple is calling the LED back light, 960 x 640 IPS screen the "Retina Display" due to its high resolution and pixel density. At the same 3.5-inches as the older screens, the new display manages an insane 326ppi pixel density along with an 800:1 contrast ratio. Steve made a huge point about the science behind this technology during his keynote, claiming that the resolution of the screen essentially tops what is perceivable by the human eye. There have been some debates as to whether or not this argument holds water, but we can tell you this: to our eyes, there has never been a more detailed, clear, or viewable screen on any mobile device.
Apple has done some work on getting both call quality and speaker phone quality up.
What can you really say about folders? Basically: it's about time. We're happy that Apple has seen the light and included something like this in iOS 4, and the implementation is elegant enough, but it would have been nice to store more than 12 items at a time.

Also, tomorrow at noon and 6PM easter, MLB Network will air a documentary called Letters From Jackie: The Private Thoughts of Jackie Robinson. It took some persuading to get Toni Braxton to agree to do a reality show.

"My sisters asked me to do this show in 2008 and I said yes, but then I reneged and said 'No, I'm not doing it, I'm not doing it," Braxton said during a recent press event.

The singer best known for hits like "Breathe Again" and "Un-Break My Heart" eventually relented, and the result is her new reality series "Braxton Family Values," which debuts tonight on WEtv.

The show features Braxton in her role as the eldest sister to siblings Trina, Tamar, Traci and Towanda, and as a single mother of two sons. There is plenty of drama among the sisters (there's also a brother who declined to star in the show but will make an appearance), who at one time all performed as a group.

One sister in particular, Tamar, is very vocal about her desire to no longer be a backup singer and to become a star apart from her famous sister Toni. The tension leads to a few dramatic moments within the family

THE TIME MACHINE is essentially a statement on the evils of the English class system. THE INVISIBLE MAN addresses the predicaments of the men and women to whom society turns a blind eye. And THE WAR OF THE WORLDS is a truly savage commentary on British imperialism and colonialism.

This is not to say that it isn't science-fiction--for it most certainly is, and moreover it is science-fiction well grounded in the scientific thinking of its day: intelligent life on Mars was believed to be entirely possible, and Wells forecasts the machinery and weapons that would soon become all too real in World War I. Set in England about the beginning of the 20th Century, the story finds a strange meteor landing near the narrator's home--and from it emerge Martians, who promptly construct gigantic and powerful killing machines and set about wiping the human population of England off the face of the earth. The Martians and their machines are exceptionally well imagined, the story moves at a fast clip, and the writing is strong, concise, and powerful. And to say the book has had tremendous influence is an understatement: we have been deluged with tales of alien invaders (although not necessarily from Mars) ever since.

And this, really, is why the novel has survived even in the face of advancing scientific knowledge that renders the idea of an invasion from Mars more than a little foolish. THE WAR OF THE WORLDS is a mirror, and even more than a century later the Martians reflect our own nature to a truly uncomfortable degree. A memorable novel, and strongly recommended--at least to those who have the sense to understand the parable it offers.

Jenn Sterger, the former New York Jets hostess involved in the Brett Favre "bad" scandal, will give her first interview since the incident to George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America this week, USA Today reported. The two-part interview will air on Tuesday and Wednesday.
